  • Perinatal Mental Health

    Addressing perinatal mental health (includes pregnancy, postpartum, infertility/loss/miscarriage/stillbirth, parenting). Assessing current symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD. Postpartum is a multi-layered approach- and assessed to be sure you have the right physical, mental, social support team around you.

  • Trauma

    A trauma-informed, intersectional approach with therapy- none of us have a clean slate history free of trauma. This includes PTSD&CPTSD, sexual/physical/emotional trauma, and military-related trauma.

    EMDR therapy modalities utilized, re-processing and assessing.

  • Other Specialties + Areas of Expertise

    *Adults only* struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, ADHD, substance use, mood disorders, grief/loss/bereavement, relationship issues, and suicidal ideation/crisis intervention.
